A heads up. I’m curating Walthamstow Jazz Festival 2019 in association with Adnams, bringing together legendary and cutting edge talent, with Cream drummer Ginger Baker headlining with his Jazz Confusion outfit, as well as the effortlessly cool Django Django, free jazz pioneer Evan Parker, Stereolab’s Laetitia Sadier, Sonic Youth’s Thurston Moore, and rising stars such as Emma-Jean Thackray, Binker Golding, Project Karnak and others.
It’s happening on Saturday 16 February next year, BUT the cheap Early Bird Tickets at £25 are about to sell out! After that it’s £30, then £35. Get your TICKETS HERE! The festival will take place at the beautiful Grade II Listed Walthamstow Assembly Hall, a short walk from Walthamstow Central Station.
